GUIDELINES & OUR COMMITMENT

We will provide you with a safe environment that compiles with guidelines issued by Government and Walsall Council.

SALON

1.  We have undertaken a thorough review of the salon and services.

2.  We have rearranged the salon space to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

3.  Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser between each appointment.

4.  All items of equipment will be disinfected before and after every service.

5.  Disposable gowns will be used at all times.

6.  We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with the door open where possible.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

1.  Staff will wear a face visor & aprons whilst with clients and will wash their hands before and after every client interaction.

CLIENT ARRIVAL AND RECEPTION

1.  We will not be accepting walk-ins, you must pre-book.

2.  Customer appointments will be staggered.

3.  Hand sanitiser must be used upon entry to the salon.

4. It would be helpful if all clients could adhere to their appointment times as closely as possible to avoid any unnecessary wait times.

5. We ask that clients attend their appointments alone where possible.

WE ASK YOU, OUR CUSTOMERS TO…

• To wear your own face mask or wear a face mask which can be provided by us as you enter the salon.

• To wash your hands or use hand sanitisers before and after each service.

• Bring your own refreshments & magazines as these will not be offered to clients whilst in the salon.

Please contact us to re-arrange your appointment if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell; or if any person in your household is unwell or is self-isolating.
